A wise man once told me “people are constantly searching for that missing piece in their life." We spend our lives looking for that best friend you can share your day with, the person who will stick up for us even when they know we are wrong, and that person who can bring a smile to your face in any moment. We all want that person who will stand by our side through the good times and the bad, but most importantly, we want to find that person who we can spend the rest of our lives together, sharing every little moment of life. That kind of love is the missing piece.

I am passionate about your love story. I want to hear about your butterflies and giggles. Tell me how you met and where you met. The details of your relationship help us create a timeless love story.

There are two things I love more than photography, my husband and our energetic puppy. I met my husband when we were in high school. Shortly after moving in together, we brought home the best part of our lives, Chelsea. I am one lucky lady to have found the man of my dreams and a dog that has filled our hearts with incredible joy and taught us unconditional love.

My name is Shannon O’Neil, and I am a New England based wedding and lifestyle photographer willing to travel anywhere. If you want to look back at your photographs and remember the emotions, beauty, and magic of your special day for years to come send me a note. I would love to get to know you and capture your moments the way you want to remember them.

I have always wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. With my camera, I am able to freeze a moment in time and create something that did not exist, something magical, something creative, and something truly beautiful.

For me taking a photo is so much more than simply snapping a shot. It is understanding and feeling the emotions for a split second in time. The most amazing shots are not those that are posed and ready. They are the candid, in the moment shots, when you think no one else is watching. Those are the moments you want to remember. I want to connect with each of my clients personally, know what is important to them, what they want most out of their photos, and most importantly capture their love in timeless photographs.
